The team are now looking for a Plot Sales Paralegal to join them based out of our Newcastle office. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, busy team where you'll play an integral part in the delivery of some of the UK's most exciting residential developments for premier clients such as house builders. The work is fast paced and challenging but the team are collaborative and enjoy what they do, which makes for a positive working environment.
What will you be doing?
In this busy team you'll be responsible for managing your own caseload, primarily handling files for plot sales, including Help to Buy matters and shared ownership transactions.
So what are we looking for?
You will have plot sales, residential or conveyancing experience and have a keen interest in this work. What type of practice you gained that experience in is not important, what is key is that you possess demonstrable experience of dealing with conveyancing issues, have excellent communication skills, a positive outlook and the desire to offer outstanding client service. You'll also be able to prioritise your work in order to meet key deadlines, have strong IT skills and have experience of using case management systems.
