
We have an opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team, based in our Newcastle office. Reporting to our Credit Control Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced credit control professional to make a genuine impact on the future success of our business.
About the role.
This role is all about building strong relationships with both internal and external clients. You'll be responsible for managing your assigned ledger, reducing debtor days, identifying problem areas, and making recommendations for their resolution. Regular liaison with partners and fee earners will be key, including conducting meetings in person or via MS Teams.

We're looking for someone with experience in credit control, preferably in a legal or professional services setting. You should be comfortable using Excel and Outlook, and able to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a busy environment. Good communication skills are a must, as you'll be interacting with people at different levels. If you have a keen eye for detail and love tackling issues head-on, we'd love to hear from you!
