We've got an exciting opportunity for an Events Manager to join our Marketing and Events team.
Based in our Newcastle office, you'll lead the strategic delivery of our firmwide events programme.
We operate a hybrid working policy and most full-time employees typically spend around three days in the office and two days working from home, although we take a flexible approach in practice.
The Team
Our Marketing and Events team plans and delivers activity across the firm's sectors, teams and offices, helping us win work, strengthen client relationships and build our brand.
Events, whether in-person, online or hybrid, play a crucial role in bringing our clients and people together. From developing the annual programme to exploring new formats and ideas, you'll make sure our events have a clear purpose and deliver real impact.
You'll also lead and develop our Events Team, creating a collaborative environment where people can do their best work. You'll oversee delivery across the programme, balancing priorities, budgets and resources while maintaining a consistently high standard.
And this isn't just about delivering great events. You'll work closely with colleagues across Marketing and Business Development and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, using insight and feedback to shape future activity, spot opportunities and make sure our events deliver genuine value for our clients and the firm.
