We currently have an opportunity for an Executive Support Assistant (Administrator) to join our Southampton office.
The team and the role
The Executive Support Assistant (ESA) team provides support to fee earners across the firm with administrative tasks such as archiving, photocopying, scanning, bundle preparation, binding, submitting searches, post completion tasks etc. ESAs are office based and this role is to primarily support fee earners in the Southampton office. However, the ESA team works collaboratively across the business using a BigHand Workflow system. Workflow is overseen by a dedicated Workflow Coordinator, who manages allocation and monitors progress to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.
Our Executive Support Assistants are highly skilled professionals, recognised for their technical expertise, strong organisational skills, and flexible approach to managing workloads. They demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working and consistently deliver high levels of client service, aligning closely with the values and objectives of the teams they support.
