Legal Technology Coordinator (1069)

Join an ambitious firm where our vision and culture are centred around delivering an outstanding client experience. At Womble Bond Dickinson, we pride ourselves on our reputation for excellence. Be part of WBD Advance Solutions, a team of over 100 professionals including lawyers, paralegals, project managers, and technology specialists. We leverage innovative technologies like document automation, AI platforms, and the Microsoft 365 suite to deliver outstanding legal services.

The team are now on the lookout for a Legal Technology Solutions Co-ordinator to join them. This role falls under our hybrid working policy, and we would ask that you are able to visit one of our offices at least three days per week as per current working practices.  Bristol, Leeds, Plymouth or Newcastle office locations would be advantageous but not essential.

What will you be doing?

As a Legal Technology Solutions Co-ordinator, you'll support our legal teams and clients by identifying opportunities to use, develop, and apply market-leading technologies. You'll work closely with clients and lawyers to understand their needs, explain the benefits of our technologies, and support the development and enhancement of solutions.

So what are we looking for?

Someone keen to pursue a role in the legal sector involving the creation and development of legal technology solutions

We understand that you may not have direct experience with our technologies, so we provide comprehensive training and familiarisation with our core tools. We're looking for individuals with a passion for legal tech and a willingness to learn and innovate. We're looking for creative thinkers who are enthusiastic about solving problems and trying new approaches.

To  be successful in this role:

  • You'll need a working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
  •  A basic understanding of programming languages like XML, HTML and JavaScript.
  • Experience in supporting or training others on technology.

This is a client-facing position where you'll build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally. You'll work within team environments to develop and deploy specialised legal solutions.  Ideally you'll already have spent a few years studying or working with technology and are keen to pursue a role in the legal sector learning how technology can be applied to the delivery of legal services.
