An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an Onboarding Assurance Administrator to join our Onboarding Compliance & Assurance team.
About the team
The Onboarding Compliance & Assurance team is responsible for the onboarding and ongoing assurance of new clients and instructions for the firm, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements. The team is divided into two sub-teams: Compliance Analysts, who handle the front-end compliance aspects, and Assurance Administrators, who manage the ongoing maintenance of client and matter records.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will assist lawyers and other members of the firm with the onboarding processes for new clients and instructions. Day to day, you will triage new instruction forms, checking for missing information and directly communicating with the lawyers to obtain further details. You will also assist clients with identity verification, providing guidance on the process or offering alternative methods when necessary. Additionally, you will respond to various Helpdesk queries via email and phone, ensuring that records are accurate and up to date. There is a lot to learn, but the rest of the team will be available to train and guide you through the process. This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire new skills and develop existing ones.
