We're looking for a People Operations Business Partner to join us in either our Bristol or Newcastle office.
The Team
Our People Operations team supports colleagues across the firm with advice, guidance and practical support on a wide range of people matters. Working closely with teams across the business, they lead on wellbeing, engagement, reward and benefits, employee communications and key people initiatives. Their focus is on creating an inclusive and supportive environment where our people can thrive and do their best work.
The role
As a People Operations Business Partner, you'll work closely with business leaders to understand their priorities and provide expert advice on people-related matters. From organisational change and workforce planning to employee relations and performance management, you'll help deliver practical solutions that support our people and the success of the business. You'll build strong relationships, influence decision-making and play an important role in delivering our people strategy.
