Our Real Estate teams are growing, fast. With a national presence of over 200 fee earners across 8 UK locations we're a force to be reckoned with. But just because we're big doesn't mean we've lost our personal touch. It's the quality and commerciality of our service, our industry insight and the talent and passion of our people that engages our clients, and they love what we do. It also means that our people are engaged, and excited about the opportunities for growth and development in our business – there is no doubt that it's an exciting place to be.
Our Bristol real estate team is extremely busy with a wide range of property work for a range of household name clients. From development projects and acquisitions and disposals of investment, retail and industrial property, to landlord and tenant issues and general estate and portfolio management instructions for public sector entities, institutional investors and national retailers, the work is varied and challenging.
We need people who are keen to be part of an ambitious team focused on growth and success, who are prepared to work hard and reap the rewards. Just as important though is the ability to have fun, to be inspired by the work you do and to enjoy the company of your colleagues. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
What will you be doing?
You'll be working with an experienced team of real estate solicitors acting for a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors. You will be dealing with a multitude of real estate matters including sales and acquisitions, property finance, development projects and landlord and tenant transactions. In this busy team you'll be responsible for managing your own case load of real estate transactions and you'll support the team by drafting and negotiating legal documentation.
